By accessing and using ContactWise services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

ContactWise Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") provides messaging APIs and related services that enable developers to send SMS, WhatsApp, and RCS messages through our platform.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To send spam, unsolicited messages, or violate anti-spam laws
• To transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• To violate any applicable laws or regulations
• To infringe upon the rights of others

5. Pricing and Payment

Our pricing is based on a pay-as-you-go model. You will be charged for messages sent through our platform according to our published pricing. Payment is due immediately upon invoice.

6. Data Protection and Privacy

We take data protection seriously. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our Service, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Service Availability

While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee that the Service will be available 100% of the time. We may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or due to factors beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ContactWise Ltd be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
